Apply to Mediator

You can apply to the Mediator, if

- You are an Individual, including Guarantor and pledger, Individual entrepreneur or legal entity which, in accordance with the RA Tax Code, is the subject of microenterprises

- You have a problem with a financial organization (bank, credit organization, pawnshop, insurance company, etc.)

- You have submitted your complaint-demand to the financial institution before applying to the Mediator
