This page presents the main types of payment card claims made to the Mediator and the necessary steps to apply to the Mediator.

Below you can find the main types of disputes regarding payment cards considered by the Mediator. For example, when the bank

  • did not comply with the procedure for appealing (chargeback) against suspicious transactions made by the card, established by the agreement or the rules of the payment system.
  • failed to fulfill the conditions stipulated in the agreement on blocking the lost (stolen) card.
  • violated the terms of the cashback service.
