This page presents the main types of deposit and bank account requirements to be submitted to the Mediator and the necessary steps to apply to the Mediator.

Below you can find the main types of disputes considered by the Mediator regarding deposits and bank accounts. For example, when the bank

  • has not accrued interest on the amount of the deposit in the amount determined by the agreement.
  • unreasonably terminated the term deposit agreement.
  • without the consent of the client sent funds to pay off obligations.
  • changed the conditions specified in the agreement (interest rate, account maintenance fee, etc.) without notification in accordance with the established procedure.
