What should you do if you have a complaint against a financial institution (bank, credit institution, foreign exchange sellers, etc.)?
Before applying to the Mediator, you must make a complaint-demand to the financial organization
Maximum 10 business days, in case of the claims against the Credit bureau – 15 business days
If you are not satisfied with the response of the financial organization, you can submit a claim to the Mediator
