  • reflected incorrect, untrue data in the client's credit history.
  • without the consent of the client, made inquiries about the credit history, which negatively affected the information about the client's creditworthiness.
  • did not properly provide the guarantor with information about the loan obligation (for example, did not notify the guarantor of the obligation a day earlier).
